On the way back down Aaron wanted to wander off the trail for a little bit of relaxation next to the flowing stream and mossy rocks. He and the little one were having a nice rest here....until he felt the warmth and knew her diaper had leaked all over him!!!
This last pic I had to throw in for fun. On the way home I looked back at Adelyn and she was just sitting happily in her carseat sucking her foot...so limber!

Wow, you guys went to a beautiful place! I loved your comment on our blog, about finally saying some nice things about WA. I have to admit, I really am falling in love with the beauty of this place, and how wonderful the summer weather is! Also, we have become friends with the Manns, so maybe it would be fun to go out and do something adventurous all together...both of you guys seem to have so many adventurous ideas, and we want to come along!
I hadn't even read the post yet and I recognized good 'ol Lena Lake. I'm jealous - it doesn't get any better than gorgeous weather in the Olympics. Toss such a cute baby into the mix and you can't go wrong. Even with leaky pants. =)
